RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 14 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use this form to start the Exchange or Return process.

Final Sale

Sale, 'Sample Sale' and Made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Contact us for help with sizing. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

Please be kind and treat our products with respect. A 20% restocking fee may apply, if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.
